Excuse this post it’s more an excuse to plug the brilliant Loose Moose String band that are rapidly getting bigger and bigger around Liverpool and it’s folk scene. I photographed Alan and Dave at a Transition Town / Crass Routes event at Toast, West Kirby earlier this week before they appeared on the radio a few days later. Seriously, go listen on iPlayer, its a brilliant set and insight into the world of Bluegrass and Old Town.

In other news, some alterations to the website. I’m merging my photoblog into this site. Simply no point keeping the two separate and you’ll be able to get notifications of new posts through RSS and my twitter account. For more on the go nonsense and findings I’ll be posting to my Tumblr account. Ill be taking the images off the old photoblog and forming a gallery archive of everything there in the next few months. Lastly, the print shop and licensing store is gradually building still, I’ve built the frame works for stock Liverpool photographs and now some archives of live music are being upped. You can purchase prints or license these images for commercial use.

Also on the cards is another redesign of this site. Luckily last time I redesigned it was built with future proofing in mind, so the changes will be relatively easy to implement. Only this time, I have a much clearer vision on what I’d like. (He says).
